What is the point?

I think there is a point in blogs the point is to show people that there are places on the internet thet can be helpful to help display things that other people would like to see.
Blogs, in my opinion are wonderful. They allow knowlegde to not be wasted by letting people all over the world see what you've discovered. Comments are a crucial part of blogs. It's easy to get immeadiate feedback on whether something is the best. Everything has good parts and bad parts, blogs not excepted, but I feel that in blogs the good parts outweigh the bad.
